For those of you who protest the showing of The Passion, I have something to say to you...
YOU IGNORANT FUCKS! How dare you! Don't you have anything better to do with your time than to stand in the way of growth?
Jewish groups popping up all over the place protesting the movie because what... "Its a gross portrayal of the Jewish people.." You know what I have to say about that? Unless you're a two thousand year old Jew, you have nothing to worry about. The movie is not meant to pick on you.
Y'all never had any problems with The Diary of Anne Frank or Schindlers List. In fact, y'all supported it. It made you all look like innocent victims. But here comes a movie that shows how Christ lived and died, and all of a sudden you come out of the woodworks. Funny! I wonder if you'd have similar to say had it not been the Jews that treated Jesus that way. Would it still be a sick movie? Didn't think so.
Now off the Jews and back on to everyone else. If you're about growing, then stop focusing on what shouldn't be done and start working on what SHOULD be done. GAH! Stop putting stupid labels on people... including yourself. WE ARE ALL IN THIS TOGETHER. Whether you're asian, black, caucasian, european, mexican, whatever! We're in this world together. Labelling each other and seperating yourselves from everyone else isnt gonna make it better in this world. In fact, it makes it worse. We're all human beings. We have the same issues, the same struggles, the same wants and desires. Why push people away just because they dont look like you, or believe the same things as you do?
There's a story about Mother Theresa back during the Vietnam war. A bunch of civil rights activists came up to her and asked her to participate in a march against the war. Reluctantly, she said no. But she added, "I will not participate in a march against the war, but I will participate in a march for peace."
